Manaton Associates Limited is committed to looking after all our clients on a sound long term professional basis. Manaton Associates Limited was formed over 10 years ago but we have been offering advice to clients for over 25 years.

This length of time in the industry means we can offer a wealth of experience and trustworthy advice in all forms of financial planning.

 

We offer the following to our clients:


  • We make sure that all new clients understand and are fully informed about how we will be remunerated as set out in our Terms of Business. We are happy to charge fees or receive commission, whichever is appropriate for the client. Please see ‘Cost of our Services’.
  • We require our clients to disclose all personal and financial information that we require to enable us to provide suitable advice.This information is kept in absolute confidence. We will regularly require an up date on this information for any ongoing advice.
  • We offer expert advice in different forms of financial planning.
  • We offer a professional administration team who are available to help clients on the phone, email or by letter. Our staff are friendly, efficient and highly experienced in the industry. Contact available 9.00am to 5.00pm 5 days a week. They are happy to help.
  • Our consultants will visit your home or office, whatever suits our clients. Alternatively the client can come to our Offices in Croydon.
  • We will maintain a regular review of our clients’ plans and will provide valuations, reports and advice on an ongoing basis.
  • We will only offer advice that is in the best interests of our clients
  • We will confirm all our recommendations to our clients in writing in terms designed to assist their understanding of what can sometimes appear to be complicated areas of advice. We will ascertain our clients’ degree of risk in the case of investments and pensions.
  • All remuneration received by fees or commission will be reported to our clients.
  • We can liaise with our clients’ other professional advisers in an effort to ensure that our advice is complimentary to any they have received from them. We will make sure that such Professional Advisers receive any copy correspondence they require and will assist in any way to make sure all parties are fully informed
  • We have a Treating Customers Fairly survey which clients are invited to complete at meetings. We welcome any suggestions from our clients at this time, if they feel we can improve on our service. All results of these surveys are considered at internal staff meetings and Board Meetings.
  • We will regularly review our procedures and systems and service levels with a view to ensuring our clients are being treated fairly.
  • In the event of any dissatisfaction, clients are invited to inform their main contact or Judy Smithers, Director, who has the responsibility for Client Care.  Complaints that cannot be resolved may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service, of which details are available on request.
